• For our customers (who purchases InvoiceRapid services) we or our partner collect the following information:
  • a. Information You Provide Directly:
    1. Account Information: Name, email address, company name, other business information.
    2. Billing Information: billing address, and transaction data (collected only by our third-party payment processor).
  • b. Information We Access from Stripe (via API and webhooks):
    1. Transaction metadata (amount, currency, country, fees, timestamps)
    2. Customer billing details (e.g., country code, TAX ID)
    3. Refund data
    4. Invoice and subscription data
  • c. Automatically Collected Data:
    1. Log data is used solely for the purposes of ensuring network security and functional integrity, and is not used for user identification or profiling. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
    2. Only when you create an account on our service, we may collect information related to how you discovered our website. This may include: marketing attribution parameters contained in the URL (e.g., utm_source, ref, source) and the referring page or website that directed you to our service. We process this information for the following purposes: measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns ,understanding which channels bring users to our service, improving our marketing strategies and product distribution. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legitimate interest consists of analyzing how users discover our service in order to improve our marketing activities. We have assessed that this processing has minimal impact on users’ privacy because: the data is collected only when a user voluntarily registers, no tracking technologies such as cookies or device fingerprinting are used for this purpose, the data is used solely for internal analytics.

• Lemon Squeezy – Handles payment processing for InvoiceRapid subscription.
• Firebase Authentication – Used for secure user login.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Provides backend computing, database infrastructure, AI infrastructure and email server.
• Cloudflare – Used for DNS, Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Object Storage.
• Vercel – Used for hosting.
• Plausible – Used for analytics.

5. Data Retention

We retain data:

• For as long as your account is active
• Or until you request deletion (subject to legal or contractual constraints).
